Resilient and versatile may describe Arkan’s trait during his tenure in Traveloka.

During his last six months, he successfully switched from a User Interface Designer to a new role in the Central Design Team. He immediately adapted and performed in the new role, in which he needs to dealt with people and organizational challenges within a business unit.

I appreciate his capability to self-reflect and improve on the feedback he gets. He’d face more ambiguous and complex problems while delivering a direct impact to the business unit (Design and Product) and the Design team (specifically for a certain role). He can also balance the personal and systematic approach when dealing with problems. A trustworthy colleague and friend, someone that you wish will collaborate again in the future.

I've known Reza Arkan since his first day at Traveloka as UI Designer. Reza was mentored by me for some times and quickly enough he was ready to mentor other designers.

People skill is definitely his forte. When you are in his team, no one left behind. During his tenure, he's been developing several initiatives that aim to improve the designer's collaboration and overall design quality of the team.

Reza thinks a lot about the team, especially other people as much if not more than he thinks about himself.
